Last week of March, lovely nerds! Has everyone learned a shit-ton of new facts about unforgettable and significant women this month? I hope you’ve taken time to read articles/books/poems/legends about important women throughout history as well as the daring and complex souls found in fiction. I have the last list for women cosplayers that we are spotlighting this month, so please enjoy!
Who are they? Sakura Kinomoto from Cardcaptor Sakura
Cardcaptor Sakura is one of my favorite manga series of all time, so seeing this group paying homage to the series warms my soul. The bright colors, smiling faces, and gorgeous light makes this one of the best shots from Katsucon 2018 that I have seen.
I get by with a little help from my friends ??? Despite the warm lighting, we were all pretty cold during the shoot! This is such a cute but obscure outfit set, so many ccs cosplayers walked by us but had no clue who we were haha! Suppi and Kero’s adorable wizard outfits were made by @cosmicocopuffs ?: @natthirajuice
Who are they? Tinker Bell from Peter Pan
This pouty Tinker Bell looks super cute amidst the perfect backdrop.
3. Sami Bess
Who are they? Rogue from X-Men
Anna Paquin can officially retire because Sami Bess is perfect person to take over the job!
Who are they? Gyarados from Pokemon
Everybody needs a Gyarados in their lineup and this cosplayer reinforces the idea that you never want to fuck with this Water/Flying type. YukiCrissy’s armor looks super badass.
5) MJ Cosplays
Who are they? Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender
Conniving. Daring. Unbeatable. All those words come to mind when I look at this Azula cosplayer. Well done MJ Cosplays. The Fire Nation would be proud.
“I could sit here and complain how our mom liked Zuko more than me, but I don't really care. My own mother… thought I was a monster… She was right, of course, but it still hurt” ??♀️ More crazy Azula shots from @large_photography ? #katsucon #cosplay #avatarcosplay #princessazula #crazyazula #firenation #ichallengeyoutoagnikai #avatarthelastairbender #atla
