EXCLUSIVE First Look at ABBOTT: 1973 #4 from Boom! Studios

We here at Black Nerd Problems are proud to give an exclusive first look at Abbott: 1973 #4 from Boom! studios. From the mastermind behind Miles Morales: Spider-Man and Eisner Award-winner writer Saladin Ahmed and acclaimed artist Sami Kivelä (Machine Gun Wizards), with colorist Mattia Iacono and letterer Jim Campbell, this is the penultimate issue of the 5-issue mini-series that returns to the Hugo Award-nominated world of Abbott. The titular, unstoppable detective is tackling a new corruption and the supernatural threat in Detroit 1973.

Elena has assembled a force of unlikely allies to mount an important rescue mission – but with vengeful gangsters and the deadly Umbra closing in, this is a fight they may not be able to win. The secret to victory may lie with one of Elena’s old friends – and the dark truth behind the Umbra’s return.
