Oh! Why hello there BNPeople. Didn’t see you there. I was enamored with my issue of Black Hammer/ Justice League #1. I’m mighty embarrassed that in my couple years of reviewing comics, I have not once given Black Hammer its due justice. Fear not, though. I am dedicating part of my isolation to bringing the good word of Black Hammer to you. I thought this Jeff Lemire mash up with the beloved Justice League would be the perfect comic to help you through a quarantine. Black Hammer is about a group of heroes who, in the midst of an epic battle to save the day, were transported to this quaint ‘ol town in which they are trapped. This comic brings Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, and Flash into the Black Hammer universe. The entire Black Hammer-verse is as amazing as it’s bizarre — this one is a good gateway drug. Check it out and stay safe out there!
