Peter is still juggling both the secret I.d. as well as the super hero identity. We get another issue were its more of the same formula. Maria having to cover for Spider-Man, Peter dealing with the new comrade in arms Cindy Moon aka Silk as well as the villains on their villain shit. We get a look more into the scale of Electro actually wanting his powers to be taken away. He is tired of hurting those around him. He and Black Cat lay out yet another plan to foil Spider-Man (since the unmasking was no big deal since J. Jonah Jameson blocked the camera shot due to his ego). As the surprise attack plan unfolds we see Black Cat taking a more ruthless turn and this time even going so far as to make lives expendable in her plans for revenge against Peter. Also there may be a mole in Parker industries now(thats a thing).
Now jumping to Cindy Moon, who proves to be a valuable asset to Parker as we learn her spider-sense is faster and stronger than peters with a better range. We see her manipulate webbing once again as well as make special type for Parker to fight Electro with. Cindy also gets more of a set up for a secret identity as the story draws towards its conclusion.
Slott has put Cindy on a fast track to getting established. in the Spider-verse section of the marvel universe. We just gotta see if it sticks now.
